Job summary

Polematrix Systems & Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Finance Specialist in Metro Manila to support project budgets, track costs, and prepare financial reports. You will monitor expenditures, ensure alignment with approved budgets, and assist in forecasting and cost updates for multiple projects.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems to maintain accurate financial records and support project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting/finance or related field.
• 2+ years in project finance, budgeting, cost monitoring, or financial reporting.
• Experience with project cost tracking and budgeting in construction/engineering/EPС environments.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and ERP/accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Track project budgets, expenses, and cost movements for budget monitoring and control.
• Monitor spending against approved budgets and flag variances for review.
• Assist budget prep, forecasting, and cost updates by consolidating data.
• Prepare project financial reports, cost summaries, and variance analyses.
• Monitor financial progress by tracking budget performance and cost status.
• Consolidate data and support preparation of performance reports and analyses.
• Track project billing, collections, and payment schedules for cash flow monitoring.
• Process petty cash requests and liquidation documents with complete support.
• Maintain and update project financial records and cost documents.
• Check transactions for completeness and compliance with policies.
