Job summary

RMR CAPITAL INC. is seeking a Management Development Officer (MDO) to bridge technical financial support with executive governance.

The role coordinates cross-functional project financing, supports restructuring initiatives, and acts as a liaison for the Office of the Chairman and TWGs to translate directives into financial representations. Responsibilities include financial modeling support, lender due diligence preparation, corporate reporting, and records management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field.
• 2–3 years in finance, project finance, corporate planning, or management support.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, reporting, and data reconciliation.
• Proficiency with Excel: complex formulas, schedules, trackers.
• Experience coordinating projects and tracking deliverables with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support project finance by updating and refining financial models for evaluation and decision-making.
• Coordinate deliverables between internal teams and lenders, advisors, and TWGs.
