Job summary

Joy Nostalg Hotel in Manila seeks an experienced Treasury Manager to oversee funding, budgeting, and loan management for ongoing projects. You will analyze funding needs, forecast cash flow, and ensure timely payments to suppliers and lenders while coordinating with Project Development and Operations teams.

The role requires at least 5 years in Treasury/Finance, preferably in real estate, with strong leadership, communication, and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/ College Degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent).
• CPA is an advantage.
• Experience in Treasury Operations, Budget Management, Funds Management and Loans Management is required.
• At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in Real Estate.
• Organized and detail-oriented with proactive leadership.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or other Accounting Software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project and company obligations are funded on time.
• Analyze and determine when/how to source funds to sustain operations.
• Recommend funding requirements based on trends and available funds.
• Review and summarize funding requests to stay within budget.
• Monitor approved budget against funding requirements.
• Prepare monthly cash flow report including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Prepare Funds vs. Usage reports for operations analysis.
• Collaborate with Project Development Team and Operations Head on status and profit analysis.
• Analyze when to repay loans and remit funds to shareholders.
• Monitor bank loans for interest, maturity, and principal repayments.
• Recommend measures to minimize interest and financing charges.
• Monitor loan-to-collateral ratio for loan redemption considerations.
• Perform other tasks as instructed by the Finance Management Group Head.

• Recommend funding requirements of projects based on historical trends and available funds
• Review and summarize funding request and ensure requirement is within approved project budget
• Timely monitoring of approved budget against funding requirements
• Recommends weekly payment to suppliers for approval of Finance Management Group Head
• Prepares monthly cash flow report including forecasting and variance analysis
• Prepares regularly Funds vs. Usage report for operations analysis
• Collaborate with Project Development Team and Operations Head on project status and profit analysis
• Analyze and determine when to repay loans, remit equity and profit to shareholders
• Monitor bank loans in terms of interest payments, maturity dates and amount of principal for repayment
• Recommend and implement measures to minimize interest and other financing charges
• Monitor and analyze loan to collateral ratio to determine payment of loan redemption value upon title pullouts
• Perform other tasks as instructed by the Finance Management Group Head

Job Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
• Certified Public Accountant is an advantage
• Experience in Treasury Operations, Budget Management, Funds Management and Loans Management is required
• Must have atleast 5 years of working experience preferably in Real Estate industry
• Organized and keen to details
