Job summary

Aboitiz InfraCapital, the infrastructure arm of the Aboitiz Group, is seeking a Project Based-Procurement Associate in Metro Manila. You will manage supplier accreditation across BUs and procure materials and services for the most economical cost while adhering to standards and policies.

You will process POs in SAP S4, conduct RFQs, evaluate bids, monitor deliveries, and help maintain procurement records to support efficient, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Knowledge of supplier accreditation and procurement processes (e-sourcing/e-procurement).
• Experience with SAP Ariba or ServiceDesk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process approved Purchase Requisitions in SAP S4 to issue Purchase Orders.
• Conduct RFQ/Proposal to invite Vendors to bid on products/services.
• Create Bid Evaluation Sheet to identify qualified Vendors.
• Generate Purchase Orders through SAP S/4 with prices and terms.
• Monitor PO status and coordinate with Vendors for timely delivery.
• Maintain records and files related to procurement process.
• Coordinate vendor accreditation submissions via SAP Ariba/ServiceDesk.
