• Prepare RFQ and coordinate with accredited suppliers, seeking VM-SA assistance if needed.
• Prepare technical canvass reports and secure end-user approvals.
• Negotiate price, warranties, payments, and delivery terms with cost-saving focus.
• Communicate with end-users and suppliers to ensure SLA compliance.
• Evaluate PRs and provide alternatives for best value and quality items.
• Research past trends/pricing for items/services.
• Process POs within SLA.
• Provide resolutions to urgent issues before escalation.
