The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of procurement experience, along with strong analytical and negotiation skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or an administrative/analytical role.
• Experience with ERP or procurement software.

Responsabilités

• Process purchase requisitions, generate and track purchase orders.
• Research and onboard new vendors, maintain vendor databases.
• Assist in obtaining competitive quotes and negotiate deals.
• Coordinate with logistics to monitor delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with procurement activities and maintain records.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
