Job summary

FELCO seeks a Project Account Specialist to work with a Project Account Manager in managing a portfolio of project accounts. You will support client relationships, project opportunities, proposals, and specification activities while contributing to the team's overall sales objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams, coordinate with Sales Support for proposals, influence specifications, and maintain CRM data.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, project sales, or key-account support.
Experience with project-based accounts and stakeholders is an advantage.
Demonstrated CRM discipline and account-plan development.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Project Account Manager in managing a shared portfolio of project accounts.
Contribute to the team's sales targets and objectives.
Support client relationship management and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
Coordinate with the Sales Support Group for product/cost proposals.
Influence product specifications and work with clients, contractors, developers, architects, and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate customer and project information in the CRM.
Contribute to account planning, opportunity tracking, and other sales initiatives.
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of client requirements.
