Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation is seeking a Project Account Specialist to work with a Project Account Manager in managing a portfolio of project accounts. You will support client relationships, project opportunities, proposals, and specification activities while contributing to sales objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in B2B or project sales, CRM discipline, and strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or project sales.
Experience with project-based accounts or developers is a plus.
CRM discipline and account planning experience.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Project Account Manager in managing and developing a shared portfolio of project accounts.
Contribute to the team's overall sales targets and objectives.
Support client relationship management and identify opportunities to grow existing and new accounts.
Coordinate with the Sales Support Group in the preparation of product/cost proposals.
Help influence product specifications and work with clients, contractors, developers, architects, and other project stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and project information in the CRM.
Contribute to account planning, opportunity tracking, and other sales initiatives.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of client requirements.
