Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking a Senior Project Sales Engineer to collaborate with a Project Account Manager in growing a shared portfolio of project accounts. You will support client relationships, proposals, and specification activities while advancing sales objectives.

The role requires 3–5 years of B2B sales or project sales experience, strong CRM discipline, and excellent coordination with contractors, developers, and architects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, project sales, or key-account support.
• Experience with project-based accounts and CRM.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Account Manager in managing and developing a shared portfolio of project accounts.
• Contribute to the team's overall sales targets and objectives.
• Support client relationship management and identify opportunities to grow existing and new accounts.
• Coordinate with the Sales Support Group in the preparation of product/cost proposals.
• Influence product specifications and work with clients, contractors, developers, architects, and other project stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate customer and project information in the CRM.
• Contribute to account planning, opportunity tracking, and other sales initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of client requirements.
