Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
• MBA is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the banking industry.
• Strong financial analysis and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the implementation of bank-wide strategic programmes.
• Monitor corporate performance against programme objectives and targets.
• Oversee inception, justification, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of programmes.
• Design and apply frameworks and templates with final approval from leadership.
• Maintain relationships with all units and build a network across the banking sector.
• Coordinate among staff to management level, including Board members.
