Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
• MBA is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the banking industry.
• Strong financial analysis and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the implementation of bank-wide strategic programmes.
• Monitor corporate performance against programme objectives and targets.
• Oversee inception, justification, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of programmes.

Job description

The Senior Project Manager provides support to the Strategy & Transformation Head as lead in coordinating and managing the implementation of bank-wide strategic programmes, as well as the subsequent monitoring of corporate performance against the strategic programme/s' objectives and targets.

Your Impact

• The function is part of Strategy & Transformation which has a dynamic work environment wherein most output is non-repetitive in nature.
• The function shall oversee the implementation of bank-wide Strategic Programmes ranging from inception, justification, implementation, monitoring and report generation.
• The function has freedom to implement frameworks and design templates as deemed necessary in managing the assigned Strategic Programmes, in coordination with concerned units, subject to final approval from the Head of Strategy & Transformation and/or PCEO.
• The function should be able to maintain good working relations with all working units, given the bank-wide nature of the function, as well as with parallel units from Group.
• The function needs to also endeavour to build a network among the players of the local banking industry to keep abreast with industry developments that may affect the design and implementation of assigned Strategic Programmes.
• The function needs flexibility as the assigned employee would need to coordinate among various employee ranks from staff level to management level, including members of the Board.
