• Lead initiation and delivery of enterprise and transformation projects.
• Drive stakeholder management across sponsors and cross-functional teams.
• Anticipate risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigations.
• Review status and milestones; resolve project-related issues with stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and align with bank strategies and priorities.
• Guide and support business/IT program managers for successful delivery.
• Participate in development and continuous improvement of project management governance.
