Qualifications

• At least 5 years of work experience as a Project Manager, with 2 years in the banking industry.
• Experience in digital banking projects such as web/mobile banking apps or digital payment platforms is required.
• Ability to start immediately is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close projects on time and within budget.
• Develop a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Assemble and lead a project team, ensuring effective communication and motivation.
• Monitor project resources and adjust plans as necessary.
• Manage project budget and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure quality standards are met for all deliverables.
