Job description

• Support the building, organization, and delivery of long-term strategic goals for enterprise clients and ongoing client relationships
• Establish standards, procedures, governance, and processes supporting clients’ security programs
• Develop and optimize program processes and metrics
• Provide operational oversight of NCC Group projects and programs
• Support program planning, governance, and successful delivery of program outputs
• Coordinate project managers and NCC Group teams to deliver overarching solutions
• Ensure programs are on-time, on-budget, and consistent with service standards
• Define and communicate program goals, governance, and responsibilities
• Build client relationships and understand business objectives
• Coordinate technical, business, and operational requirements across cross-functional teams
• Create and revise project work plans
• Maintain program documentation, budgets, and reporting tools
• Establish and enforce program controls
• Support delivery oversight, reporting cadence, quality monitoring, and program health analysis
• Identify project issues and risks, develop action plans, manage conflicts, and resolve blockers
• Support change management, automation, and operational process improvements
• Provide strategic guidance to project managers and cross-functional teams
• Contribute to individual project management efforts and other duties as requested

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Previous project or program management experience
• Practical experience in fast-paced technology or information security environments and/or supporting consultative technical assessments strongly preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills and experience managing client relationships
• Proven workload management experience with challenging, large-scale projects and clients
• Experience working in unstructured environments requiring creative project/program management methodologies
• Ability to apply triage, prioritization, and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations
• Resource management, scheduling, dependency tracking, and task-management proficiency
• Experience with project-based team management and ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Agile, flexible approach to ambiguity and change
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
• PMP, PgMP, or comparable certification(s)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and OneNote
