Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in program management within consulting, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate business goals into executable programs.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years’ experience in project management, program management, portfolio management, or complex delivery within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple concurrent initiatives or accounts with shared objectives and dependencies.
• Strong client-facing background, including engagement with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business goals into executable programs that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Proven financial and commercial acumen at a program or portfolio level.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of vulnerability management and cybersecurity programs, ensuring activities remain on track and aligned to agreed timelines.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and other program documentation to ensure accurate reporting and execution.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple concurrent workstreams, proactively following up on outstanding actions.
• Support Senior Program Managers in delivering successful client outcomes through strong operational coordination and execution.
