Job summary

NCC Group is seeking an Associate Program Manager to help build and deliver long-term strategic goals across client programs. The role involves coordinating a team of project managers, establishing standards, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding NCC Group’s high service standards.

You will work with the BBS Program Management team to support processes, governance, and reporting; travel or onsite collaboration may be required, with two days per week onsite in Taguig/Metro

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Previous project or program management experience.
• Experience in fast-paced technology or information security environments is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills and client relationship management experience.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support programs to ensure they are on-time, on-budget, and meet NCC Group standards.
• Build relationships with client teams and align with business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet program goals and governance.
• Develop plans, budgets, and reporting tools for programs.
• Identify risks and issues and help create action plans to resolve them.
