Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects or programs.
• Experience in fast-paced technology or information security environments preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and client relationship management.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt methodologies in unstructured environments.
• Strong scheduling, dependency tracking, and task-management proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support the building, organization, and delivery of long-term strategic goals for enterprise clients.
• Establish standards, procedures, governance, and processes supporting clients’ security programs.
• Develop and optimize program processes and metrics.
• Provide operational oversight of NCC Group projects and programs.
• Coordinate project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Ensure programs are on-time, on-budget, and aligned with service standards.
• Define and communicate program goals, governance, and responsibilities.
• Build client relationships and understand business objectives.
• Coordinate requirements across cross-functional teams.
• Create and revise project work plans and maintain documentation.
