• Lead QVE and COS initiatives at BU level.
• Consolidate performance data and track productivity targets.
• Facilitate product workshops and competitor teardowns.
• Drive cost-down projections with actionable plans and governance.
• Monitor plant-level productivity actions for BU alignment.
• Collaborate with BU and R&D to strengthen governance.
• Benchmark across plants and drive improvement timelines.
• Experience with cross-functional, multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead QVE (Quality Value Engineering) and COS (Cost Optimization Strategy) initiatives at the BU level
• Consolidate performance data and track progress against productivity targets
• Facilitate product workshops and competitor teardowns to spark innovation
• Manage the Master Project List for respective BU
• Drive cost-down projections with actionable plans and governance
• Monitor plant-level productivity actions and ensure alignment with BU goals
• Collaborate with BU and R&D teams to build strong governance frameworks
• Benchmark across plants and animate improvement plans with clear timelines
