Qualifications

• Eight+ years of Finance experience with leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA/CIMA/CMA/MBA is an advantage.
• Strong English and local language communication; able to work under pressure.
• Strategic thinking, forecasting, budgeting, risk management, and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end reporting of business results, trends and opportunities with quarterly forecasts.
• Partner with BU leadership to drive profitable growth and cash generation.
• Identify and implement productivity actions to improve margins and reduce Opex.
• Drive risk management and ensure timely, accurate financial planning and analysis.
