Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines seeks a Senior Manager to lead large-scale cost transformation and productivity initiatives, redesigning cost structures and optimizing value chains for client profitability and growth.

You will engage with C-suite leaders, drive operating model redesigns, and lead global cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value using analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in consulting, business transformation, strategy, operations, finance, or performance improvement.
• Strong experience in cost optimization, productivity improvement, and operating model transformation.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex, multi-workstream programs.
• Experience working directly with C-suite and senior business leaders.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including P&L analysis and business case development.
• Experience leveraging data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• MBA, CA, CFA, Engineering, or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
