Job summary

Kimstore is seeking a Product Management Lead to own end-to-end demand and inventory strategy, driving revenue, margin and working capital across SKU/brand portfolios. The role links commercial ambition with supply chain execution and requires leadership of a team to transform processes and ensure timely product availability.

The successful candidate will coordinate with Commercial, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to optimize pricing, promotions and inventory levels, while leading lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-category SKU portfolio across platforms to drive revenue targets.
• Maintain inventory coverage thresholds for priority SKUs, balancing stock and working capital.
• Lead demand planning and inventory forecasting, aligning with business, category and supply chain teams.
• Build forecasting dashboards to show product health, shortages and supply risks for leadership.
• Provide real-time inventory insights to enable proactive decisions on supply constraints.
• Automate pricing/inventory processes to reduce manual work and scale improvements.
• Conduct price benchmarking and parity analysis for pricing decisions.
• Partner with Commercial/Marketing to align promotions with inventory.
• Develop strategies for aged or slow-moving inventory to improve turnover.
• Coordinate with teams to manage backlog, expedite orders, and improve timeliness.
• Serve as main contact among Top Management, Commercial and teams to align priorities.
• Standardize inventory and supply-risk reporting across the portfolio.
• Lead product lifecycle management including end-of-life transitions and launches.
• Partner with Commercial/Sales on demand-generation initiatives.
• Lead and develop the team, set priorities and coach performance.
• Drive company-wide process improvements including ERP project and playbook updates.
