Job summary

Csod seeks a Supervisor, Supply Chain Demand and Inventory Planning to optimize stock levels while ensuring on-shelf availability. The role focuses on improving demand planning, inventory stewardship, and ROS-aligned processes to sustain product readiness and service levels.

The candidate will drive forecasting accuracy, manage replenishment tools for owned brands, and lead the team to meet weekly coverage targets and reduce slow movers, ensuring smooth supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Improve service to maintain on-shelf availability
• Improve supply chain processes for efficiency
• Maintain forecast accuracy in auto-replenishment and/or foreign ordering tools
• Maintain optimal inventory with weeks cover target and reduce slow moving stocks
• Drive team performance and coordinate demand planning activities in accordance to ROS

Responsibilities
