Job summary

PM Consulting seeks a Product Commercialization Lead to drive end-to-end rollout of new and existing product initiatives. You will coordinate with commercial, supply chain, procurement, and production teams to ensure readiness, timely delivery, and execution excellence across launches.

In this fast-paced role, you will support planning cycles, optimize processes, and develop standardized reporting to improve launch effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or any related field.
• Experience in project management, product launch, commercialization, or operations within a fast-paced organization.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with proven experience collaborating across multiple teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute projects within tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external partners.
• Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer products is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end commercialization activities for new product launches and business-as-usual initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to assess operational feasibility, define launch requirements, and establish execution plans.
• Ensure readiness of materials, packaging, and production requirements, including approvals and supplier coordination.
• Monitor manufacturing progress from pilot runs to full commercial deployment.
• Track launch timelines, identify risks, and elevate issues to ensure smooth implementation.
• Provide post-launch assessments and recommendations related to inventory, production adjustments, and supply continuity.
• Contribute to annual and cycle-based planning by consolidating project requirements and validating readiness inputs.
• Support business case preparation, revisions, and endorsement processes.
• Review forecast assumptions and recommend volume adjustments based on production capability and market requirements.
• Ensure approved projects are incorporated into execution plans within agreed timelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve commercialization workflows, approvals, and coordination processes.
• Implement initiatives that enhance efficiency, visibility, and collaboration across teams.
• Support the development of standardized reporting and tracking mechanisms for project milestones.
• Promote best practices that strengthen execution and reduce operational bottlenecks.
