Job summary

You will research vendors, negotiate favorable prices, manage POs, maintain inventory, and ensure proper approvals and timely deliveries while coordinating with end users to clarify requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, logistics, procurement or related field.
• Experience in real estate industry is an advantage.
• Proven track record in similar purchasing roles.
• Proficiency with management software programs.

Responsibilities

• Research potential vendors and negotiate prices and payment terms.
• Source qualified project suppliers and act as central contact before contracts.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
