Job summary

Quanta Paper is seeking a purchasing professional to ensure uninterrupted production and office operations by timely sourcing of items requested by all departments. You will negotiate favorable terms, manage supplier relationships, and leverage ERP and Excel to maintain data accuracy and delivery schedules.

The role focuses on cost-efficient procurement, maintaining quality, and building strong supplier partnerships to support business continuity in the packaging paper industry.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business-related course or equivalent.
• At least 1-year related work experience in purchasing is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with ERP systems (e.g. SAP).

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous flow of production and office operations by availing items/services requested by all departments.
• Source for low-cost, high-quality products/services and ensure delivery on time and per specifications.
• Build rapport with suppliers to establish co-beneficial relationships.
