Qualifications

• Graduate of a business or any related 4-year course.
• Proven experience in a similar warehousing, logistics, or delivery documentation role, preferably within the manufacturing or distribution sector.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process and record complex delivery information.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems, delivery tracking software, and basic Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Record and process point of delivery documentation including delivery confirmations, proof of delivery, and customer signatures.
• Verify delivery contents against shipping documents and manifests for accuracy and completeness.
• Liaise with drivers and delivery personnel to collect documentation and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, and exceptions in the distribution management system.
• Process delivery exceptions, damage reports, and customer complaints related to point of delivery issues.
• Prepare daily and weekly delivery reports and performance metrics.
• Support inventory reconciliation between delivery records and warehouse stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs for delivery operations.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery status, issues, and resolutions.
• Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks to support logistics and warehousing operations.
