Job summary

Quanta Paper is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations in our Mandaluyong, Metro Manila facility. You will coordinate shipments, maintain inventory records, and prepare transportation documents while liaising with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics or related field.
• Experience in logistics operations and documentation is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and ERP systems.
