RELX International is seeking an experienced procurement professional to join the Global Direct Spend team in Manila. The role focuses on strategic sourcing for Content Acquisition/Development and Content Operations, negotiating favorable terms, and driving cost-reduction initiatives across suppliers and processes.

The successful candidate will analyze supplier contracts, manage partnerships, and liaise with stakeholders to align business needs with cost management and value creation for RELX

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of procurement experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and AI tools.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and procurement processes.
• Strong negotiation, analysis and communication skills.
• Experience supporting RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Knowledge of Power BI and Oracle Fusion preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop, manage and execute procurement strategies for Direct Spend.
• Manage data licensing, sourcing and Content Operations initiatives.
• Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and develop SRM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on cost management.
• Drive process and supply-chain improvements for cost reductions.
• Ensure compliance and effective use of procurement tools and systems.
• Provide training and communications to teams and stakeholders.
