Job summary

RELX International in Iloilo City, Philippines, seeks a Procurement Specialist to support the full lifecycle of procurement. You will govern supplier onboarding, manage end-to-end processes, and drive cost optimization while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with Global Procurement to align with policies and strategic updates, while maintaining vendor master data and conducting risk-aware, audit-ready activities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in supplier management, contract negotiations, RFQ/RFP administration, and end-to-end Procure-to-Pay.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including requisition validation and purchase execution.
• Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers to drive cost optimization and secure best‑value outcomes.
• Plan, coordinate, and govern annual bidding activities with transparency and policy compliance.
• Oversee vendor onboarding/ accreditation ensuring compliance and documentation Standards.
• Support contract governance by reviewing terms, monitoring renewals, and flagging risks.
• Maintain accurate vendor master data for transparency and audit readiness.
• Drive continual improvement of procurement workflows with data-driven insights.
