Job summary

evoke in Manila is seeking a Procurement Specialist to lead procurement operations, reporting, and supplier engagements. The role supports cash management-related processes within the Finance Shared Service Center, with a focus on quality control and continuous improvement.

The candidate will manage PR/PO cycles, invoice resolution, and KPI reporting, while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and governance. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Procurement, P2P, Shared Services, or related function.
• Experience in RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluations, and commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation point for complex PR, PO, invoice matching and procurement issues.
• Resolve aging invoice cases with stakeholders to address missing POs, goods receipts or approvals.
• Develop dashboards and reports for procurement KPIs, SLA performance and sourcing activities.
• Lead local sourcing activities, supplier evaluations, bids, negotiations and award recommendations.
• Partner with business leaders, Finance, Procurement, and suppliers to deliver procurement solutions.
• Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains and stronger governance.
• Support service transitions and operational readiness activities.
