Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years work experience in Procurement/Contract Management.
• Experience preparing, reviewing and agreeing technical terms in contracts.
• Ability to work proactively and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Screen purchase requests, discuss specs, timelines and budget with requestors.
• Source, negotiate terms, ensure contracting compliance and savings attributes.
• Update procurement records and manage PR/PO processing and contract alignment.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve PO issues.
