Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment | Manila is seeking a Procurement Officer to join the Manila Team in Makati City. The role supports the office by acquiring resources and services efficiently, on time, and cost-effectively to sustain operations.

The position is full-time with a hybrid setup, two days in the office, and a salary range of Php 33,000 to Php 44,000. The ideal candidate will manage supplier networks, ensure policy compliance, and report on budgets and cost analyses.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and maintaining a diverse network of suppliers.
• Proficiency with SAP or ERP platforms.
• Experience in conducting cost analyses and cost-reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute short- and mid-term purchases of equipment, services and supplies within budget.
• Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Ensure compliance of PH branch with global procurement policies and procedures and pass audits.
• Prepare budgets, cost analyses and reports.
