Job summary

Cambridge University Press Manila is seeking a Procurement Officer to join the Manila Team in a hybrid work environment, with in-office work two days per week. The role focuses on acquiring resources, materials, and services efficiently, on time, and cost-effectively to support operations.

The position requires experience in supplier network development, SAP ERP proficiency, and cost-analysis capabilities. Competitive salary range is Php 33,000 to Php 44,000 per month, with a strong emphasis on

What are your key accountabilities in this role?

• Planning and executing short-term and medium-term plans re: purchase of equipment, services and supplies in accordance to budget.
• Managing inventories and maintains accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Ensuring compliance of PH branch with global procurement policies and procedures and passes internal, external and tax audit requirements.
• Preparing budget, cost analyses, and reports.
