Job summary

Lazada Philippines is seeking a senior procurement leader to drive end-to-end strategy and execution for Logistics and Admin categories, aligning with business goals. You will develop supplier relationships, manage costs, and ensure on-time delivery across local markets.

The role requires 8+ years in procurement, strong negotiation and category management skills, and fluency in English and Tagalog. Experience with ERP systems and sustainability initiatives is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 8+ years in procurement or supply chain, with 3+ years in logistics, e-commerce, retail, or FMCG.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, and category management.
• Fluency in English and Tagalog; Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in procurement tools and ERPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement strategy and execution for Logistics and Admin categories.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships to drive cost efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Analyze market trends and supply risks to optimize sourcing decisions.
• Collaborate with finance, logistics, and inventory planning to forecast demand and support campaigns.
• Drive sustainability and compliance within procurement, adhering to standards and local regulations.
• Act as the primary contact for the local procurement team.
