Lazada Philippines is seeking a Lead Procurement professional to direct end-to-end procurement for Logistics and Admin. The role will steer supplier relationships, negotiate terms, manage category strategies and ensure on-time delivery while aligning with local regulations and sustainability goals.

Qualified candidates bring 8+ years in procurement, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Tagalog. Knowledge of ERP systems and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in procurement/supply chain with 3+ in logistics within the Philippines
• Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation and category management
• Fluent in English and Tagalog; Mandarin is advantageous
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement strategy and execution for Logistics and Admin within Lazada Philippines
• Develop and manage supplier relationships, driving cost efficiency, QA and on-time delivery
• Analyze market trends, pricing dynamics and supply risks to optimize sourcing decisions
• Collaborate with finance, logistics and inventory planning to forecast demand and support campaigns
• Drive sustainability and compliance within procurement to meet ethical standards and local regulations
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental policies
• Serve as the primary contact for the local procurement team
