Responsibilities

• Prepares Bidding documents
• Prepares the Minutes of Meeting and Resolutions of the BAC
• In-charge in the sale and distribution of the bidding documents to bidders
• Assists in the publication/advertisement of ITB/REI and posting of bid opportunities and awards
• Provides administrative support to the BAC and TWG
• Organizes and makes arrangements for BAC and TWG meetings and conferences
• Maintains files of procurement through bidding and other negotiated procurement
• Assists in monitoring procurement activities and milestones for reporting to GPPB
• Performs other related functions.
