Responsibilities

• Directs, supervises and manages RFASD operations across HR, financial budgeting, and supply/property management.
• Directs implementation of HR, financial and supply policies and regulations.
• Formulates and finalizes policy recommendations for financial, personnel and administrative matters.
• Recommends improvements to systems and procedures related to financial and administrative matters.
• Monitors and evaluates all activities of the FASD.
• Consolidates and analyzes financial and administrative reports submitted by operating units.
• Establishes and maintains linkages with external parties for delivery of services.
• Directs and supervises ISO implementation for support services.
• Oversees secretariat work in RFASD for various committees.
• Performs other related functions as assigned.
