Job summary

Cardinal Health International Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Process Improvement Analyst to drive end-to-end process mapping, variance analysis, and targeted improvement initiatives.

You will apply RCA techniques and process mining tools to surface bottlenecks and drive transformation across operations, IT, and finance teams. The role requires hands-on experience with Celonis, BPMN, and BRD development, plus collaboration for future-state design and automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in process analysis, modeling, or mining within operations, shared services, or technology-enabled environments
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher certification
• Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 and structured RCA techniques (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram)
• Experience with process/task mining tools (Celonis, SkanAI) and BRD creation
• Experience with simulation modeling and automation projects (RPA/IPA)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
• Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred)
• Celonis Analyst/Practitioner certification or equivalent (good to have)
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to influence and gain consensus across teams
• Exposure to shared services, finance operations, customer service, or supply chain processes
• Required Tools & Platforms Experience: Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Automation Anywhere Discovery Bot, SkanAI; Lucid, Visio; Excel, Power BI/Tableau; Office 365

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end process mapping and analysis using BPMN standards and process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Lucid, Visio)
• Conduct detailed variance analysis and RCA to identify inefficiencies, risks, and compliance gaps
• Develop comprehensive process documentation including As-Is and To-Be maps and identify automation opportunities
• Create clear, testable BRDs to support improvement and transformation initiatives
• Utilize task mining and simulation tools to model workflows and evaluate future-state scenarios
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and finance teams to validate findings and secure buy-in
• Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations that synthesize data insights into actionable recommendations
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and align on process improvements
