You will drive documentation, training materials, and user guides while aligning with corporate goals. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on process documentation, policy development, and ERP-related initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, internal audit, compliance, or organizational development.
• Experience in real estate development or construction preferred.
• Strong skills in process documentation and policy development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document existing business processes to identify improvements.
• Design and implement streamlined processes to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and user guides.
• Monitor and optimize processes to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support ERP implementation, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide guidance to employees on new processes and adoption.
• Identify and mitigate process-related risks and ensure compliance.
