Qualifications

• 2–4 years of business analysis experience demonstrated in complex projects.
• Bachelor's or equivalent in related field; IE or business admin preferred.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project delivery.
• Strong process and data analysis capabilities and tools experience.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified; Green Belt preferred.
• Familiar with data analytics and BI tools such as Power BI/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business/functional requirements and validate with stakeholders.
• Interview stakeholders, run workshops, and ensure requirements traceability.
• Analyze current-state processes; aid future-state design and BRD/FRD creation.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT activities.
• Monitor post-Go-live performance and provide end-user analytics.
• Coordinate onboarding training for new users of enterprise tools.
