Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree of any 4-year course.
• Preferably Degree in Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Ecommerce or related technical field.
• 3-year experience in customer service.
• 2-year experience with Vertiv Customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate margin calculations using approved methodologies to improve margin and revenue.
• Assess discount programs and promotions via analysis of sales volume, revenue, and margin.
• Document evaluations using approved master forms.
• Obtain data from company applications and approved sources.
• Assign commissions using defined policies as needed.
• Support updating work instructions and lead process improvements.
• Grow gross margin dollars by pricing actions that boost sales and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Offering, Order Management, and Leadership to align discount strategies.
• Optimize pricing models and promotional pricing to balance revenue and customer value.
