Job summary

Ingram Micro in the Philippines is seeking a Pricing Associate to shape pricing strategies and support data-driven decisions. You will analyze market data, audit pricing actions, and assist vendor pricing while generating reports as a SME to improve profitability.

You will collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams, develop Excel templates, and create queries to model projects. A quantitative degree and ~2 years in pricing or finance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or Econometrics.
• Around 2 years of experience in marketing or finance, preferably in pricing.
• Moderate understanding of finance and accounting terminology, including margin calculation.
• Familiarity with price optimization and elasticity models.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills across teams and stakeholders.
• Microsoft Excel (moderate to advanced) and SQL/VBA/Macros; Experience with Business Objects (Magellan) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pricing Operations: develop and maintain pricing strategies, ensure accuracy and compliance through data management, audits, and vendor/product configurations.
• Project Administration: support pricing-related projects by testing internal platforms, analyzing data, and organizing data from multiple sources; create programming queries to support project modeling.
• Subject Matter Expert: contribute to process improvement by creating and maintaining documentation, developing Excel templates for pricing requests, and identifying opportunities to enhance methods and tools.
• Administrative Management: handle operational support tasks such as creating macro files, documenting meeting outcomes, managing workload, and coordinating with in-country partners.
