Globe Telecom, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Portfolio Manager to align portfolio activities with strategic goals and drive cross-functional collaboration across teams in a FinTech-focused environment.

You will identify dependencies, manage risks, and report portfolio health and KPIs to senior leadership, while coordinating agile delivery across diverse resources and skill sets.

Formación

• Graduates in any field; MBA/postgraduate in PM preferred.
• Experience managing complex projects and product development.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in Agile environments.
• Experience managing diverse teams and resources for agile delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure portfolio activities align with organizational strategies and objectives.
• Communicate portfolio strategy clearly to teams for consistent direction.
• Identify and track dependencies across projects and tribes.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to resolve dependencies.
• Generate regular reports on portfolio health, financial performance, and KPIs for leadership.
• Assess risks and mitigation strategies; report risk status to leadership.
