Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in government affairs or policy monitoring.
• Experience managing 4–5 direct reports including supervision and staff development.
• Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Understanding of government policies at national and local levels.
• Strong research, analytical, communication, report-writing, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track government policies and initiatives that affect the organization.
• Analyze relevant developments and assess impact on operations and projects.
• Provide updates and recommendations to management on policy developments.
• Conduct market research and data gathering to support decision-making and planning.
• Monitor OKRs, strategic priorities, and key initiatives.
• Consolidate performance updates to identify progress, gaps, risks.
• Prepare management reports, executive summaries, and strategic briefings.
• Ensure reports are accurate and submitted on time.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with timelines and stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a team of 4–5 direct reports through regular reviews.
• Provide cross-functional leadership from initiation to completion.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative team environment.
