Map out and engage key stakeholders across public and private healthcare institutions, procurement bodies, and hospital groups.
Monitor healthcare policies, procurement rules, and market trends to deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
Support health-economics and evidence-generation projects to demonstrate product value.
