You will oversee payroll processing, time reporting, salary tax compliance, and ensure correct funds are paid to the government and employees. The role requires 3–5 years of managerial experience and 6–10 years of PH payroll expertise, with the ability to implement payroll strategies, policies, and controls.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of managerial work experience.
• 6–10 years PH payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, deductions, and compliance.
• Ability to implement payroll strategies and controls.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee all payroll processing activities.
• Report time policies and ensure accurate time recording.
• Manage employee pay, deductions, and tax status.
• Develop and drive organizational effectiveness with payroll initiatives.
