Job summary

CloudCFO is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead a team of payroll professionals across multiple client accounts in a fast-paced service environment. You will oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensure government regulatory compliance, and meet client SLAs with accuracy and timeliness.

You will work closely with the Payroll Head to drive operational excellence, develop scalable standards, and foster continuous learning within the team, contributing to client satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a multi-client service industry (e.g., BPO, Shared Services, or Payroll Outsourcing) is required.
• Hands-on specialization in payroll service-related activities is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Payroll Specialists across multiple client accounts.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing ensuring compliance with government regulations and client SLAs.
• Manage client onboarding, relationships, and delivery reviews to ensure high satisfaction.
• Develop scalable work standards and monitor reporting on payroll performance and SLA compliance.
