Job summary

Growe, a leading business advisory and services group in iGaming and Entertainment, seeks a Product Manager with 4+ years in payments/fintech. You will own a product area, read API contracts, and drive cross‑system coordination to deliver measurable results.

You’ll write clear requirements, define acceptance criteria, and apply a data‑driven approach to optimize conversions and cost per transaction across regions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience with ownership over a product area, not just a backlog.
• Ability to read API contracts and trace a transaction across multiple systems independently.
• Proven track record of writing clear requirements with outcomes, acceptance criteria, and boundaries.
• Data-driven approach to product decisions, focusing on conversions, approvals, failures, and cost per transaction.

Responsibilities

• Own the seven core operational screens (projects, gateways, payment groups, methods, orders, transactions, logs).
• Run discovery sprints across internal systems to identify and rank risks and resolve unknowns.
• Define rollout stages for regional migrations with validation rules and rollback plans.
• Maintain alignment with regional operations, support, and business owners on changes and risks.
• Plan for life after launch with incident management and ongoing integration health.
