Job summary

Growe Talents is seeking an experienced Product Manager for the IGaming domain. The role focuses on owning product performance, conducting A/B tests, and driving growth through data-driven decisions in collaboration with marketing, CRM, and product teams.

You will define roadmaps, write clear user stories, and manage backlogs to deliver high-quality casino and gaming experiences. English proficiency is required to communicate across international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in IGaming.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing.
• Understanding of growth mechanics and performance-oriented products.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to write clear product requirements and user stories.
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities

• Own product performance, UX improvements, and key metrics.
• Launch and manage A/B tests to optimize funnels and conversion.
• Analyze user behavior and product metrics, make data-driven decisions.
• Build, analyze, and optimize product funnels.
• Work closely with: Gamification team, Product Content Managers, CRM and Marketing teams.
• Initiate and launch new features and product improvements.
• Define product backlog, priorities, and roadmap.
