Job summary

SKILLS DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY PTE LTD is looking for a proactive Partnerships & Market Development Manager to identify growth opportunities, build strategic relationships, and expand the company’s reach. You will develop partnerships, explore new channels, and collaborate with internal teams to create initiatives for sustainable growth.

The role requires strong business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and excellent communication to drive customer acquisition across segments and communities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Relevant experience in partnerships, business development, marketing or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Strong presentation, proposal writing and communication skills.
• Confident in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to develop ideas independently and translate them into actionable initiatives.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Resourceful, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new partnership and market development opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with external organisations, business partners and industry stakeholders.
• Explore new channels, programmes and initiatives that can support business growth and customer acquisition.
• Develop partnership proposals, concept papers, presentations and business cases.
• Work with internal teams to develop customised programmes, campaigns or collaborative initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, customer needs and industry trends.
• Support partnership discussions, negotiations and implementation.
• Develop new initiatives that strengthen the company’s presence across different customer segments and communities.
• Coordinate partnership projects from concept development through execution.
• Monitor partnership performance and identify opportunities for expansion or improvement.
• Support applications, proposals and other submissions related to business development opportunities where required.
• Represent the company at relevant networking sessions, industry events and stakeholder engagements.
